  • Powerful modules with 25-year guarantees

  • PV system can be planned within minutes, using new quick-design tool

  • Wider range of battery storage systems for energy storage

More power for less money: Vaillant is launching a new generation of photovoltaic modules that are more cost-effective and more powerful than the previous models. Vaillant is offering a 25-year product guarantee on the new modules, allowing property owners to switch to renewable energies for their power supply without any risk. Installers can plan a system within minutes, using a new quick-design software application that allows the reliable calculation of the size, output, solar yield, potential savings and price of a system. Moreover, the proportion of owner-used electric power can be calculated from case to case. This provides the property owner with transparency and helps them with their purchase decision.

Vaillant’s new quick-design software application is unique in the market and gives the installer even more support. Different system configurations can be designed and compared very quickly, and the installer no longer needs to conduct time-consuming searches for components. The application automatically issues a list of all components, which can be printed out in PDF format or fed directly into a commercial software application, such as Vaillant winSOFT. This saves the installer even more time.

One-stop shopping for complete and reliable system

In addition to the new photovoltaic modules, Vaillant’s product range includes high- and low-voltage battery storage systems from BYD and LG-Chem. The newer high-voltage storage technology works very efficiently and therefore minimises system costs. Low-voltage battery storage is a long-proven and reliable solution for the storage of electricity. Vaillant also offers single-phase and three-phase inverters from SolarEdge, so that installers can offer their customers one-stop shopping for a complete PV system, including battery storage. There is a wide variety of system components to choose from, allowing flexible combinations to suit the requirements of each customer and building.

“Electric power from renewable sources is an essential element in the energy transition. This makes it important for us to offer one-stop shopping for a complete and reliable system,” says Sebastian Albert, Head of Product and Service Management at Vaillant Germany. “It means the customer can obtain everything from a single source – consultancy, installation and after-sales service.”
