Remscheid, 23 March 2021

  • Fully revised training for installers

  • System training on the safe use of complex heating systems

  • Fast comparison of operating costs using the digital tool energiePROGNOSE

The new Vaillant training workshop provides installers with comprehensive courses in a variety of different formats, featuring new online training formats and also face-to-face seminars. The knowledge section in the FachpartnerNET on Vaillant’s website offers installers several online learning modules on a range of freely selectable thematic areas. Installers can find a broad selection of different training modules and formats, including interactive e-learning, simulations, videos and a product wiki for quick answers to questions. Alternatively, it is possible to book face-to-face tuition in the practical training rooms at any of Vaillant’s 21 locations throughout Germany. On these training courses, Vaillant places particular emphasis on practical relevance and the direct application of any newly acquired product knowledge. One new focus is system training, where installers learn to use complex heating systems and how to apply this knowledge in a practical way. Both face-to-face and online tuition take place in small groups that allow personal communication, with opportunities to discuss individual questions. The new learning workshop is based on the specific training requests and needs of installers, coupled with the online experience gathered by Vaillant, particularly during the 2020 pandemic. The result is a sophisticated programme, which is adapted to different learning formats as well as to varying information and training needs.

Operating cost forecasts at the drop of a hat

The new digital service programme energiePROGNOSE enables installers to compare the operating costs of different heating systems in just a few simple steps. For example, they can now compare new and existing systems and identify the differences between alternative technologies. This kind of consultancy and sales support for installers, offered by Vaillant, is unique in the market. energiePROGNOSE gives the installer swift, fact-based arguments for their sales talk. It means they can provide a convincing expert overview of the benefits and drawbacks of different heating systems for each customer’s situation and make well-founded recommendations. Customers can gain a clear understanding of why their investment will be worthwhile. Ideally, this should significantly speed up the buying process. energiePROGNOSE is available as a web application on the FachpartnerNET.
